Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not yet been shipped or moved into production. Once the shipping process has started, cancellations can no longer be executed.
Right of Return
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their merchandise. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
Merchandise Condition
Returns will only be accepted if items are in their original state and are accompanied by all relevant proofs of purchase.
Cost Policy
Customers will be responsible for a maximum of a one-time shipping fee. No additional restocking fees will be charged for your return.
Inspection & Processing
Upon receiving your return, we will perform a quality control inspection. We will then notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Process
Once approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Delayed Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary.
